NORTE + SOUTH is a boutique advisory and concierge firm that helps companies and individuals navigate complex regulatory, operational, and legal systems in Mexico and Canada.

Founded by Eloisa Aviles, the firm serves as a bridge between jurisdictions, industries, and professional frameworks that don't always speak the same language. Eloisa's career spans customs law litigation and cross-border trade advisory in Mexico, and senior operations and compliance leadership in technology startups — including a Y Combinator-backed fintech. With training in both civil and common law systems, she guides clients from initial market and risk analysis, through regulatory compliance and formal business setup catering to each client's specific needs.

We serve as a bridge: between jurisdictions, between professional frameworks, and between dissimilar systems that work and communicate differently. From first market contact to full establishment, clients do not need to figure out who to trust or how the systems connect. That's our job.
